I am a very disappointed customer of Fred Anderson Toyota Raleigh dealership. I’ve recently purchased a car, the process was fine. However, they’ve sent the incorrect VIN to the state for the paperwork. Or Raleigh dealership. I’ve recently purchased a car, the process was fine. However, they’ve sent the incorrect VIN to the state for the paperwork. Or whatever they messed up there. As a result, I’m stuck with the license plate and temporary registration that belongs to somebody else’s car. I’ve talked to the several people over the phone, been at the dealership. Nobody can tell me what’s going on with my registration. Nobody calls back to give a status update. They just keep pushing the issue around. I might get a legal help as I don’t know what else to do here. More
