Simple, straight forward purchase experience John made the car purchase process easy. Quickly responded to our TrueCar specs and located a match within a day at a reasonable price. Typical surprise, last minute, hard sell, guilt trip for extended warranties that could add up to 10% to the purchase price. I guess we should have expected it, but it seems like it doesn't have to be that way. You start to question buying a Toyota for reliability. Who is Fidelity Warranty Services?. And replace the streaky laser printer. John was excellent, sales and service area remodels look great. Just need to 'remodel' the contract experience. More

Above and beyond service Steven was amazing from start to finish. He was honest and direct in he negotiation, patient with my questions, as transparent as he could be - making Steven was amazing from start to finish. We hit a snag after I took delivery of the vehicle. I picked it up from the dealership after having a DVD player installed. I drove it a few miles to a nearby mall to shop. When I finished shopping and returned to the vehicle, I wasn't able to get it to go into gear. It was 8:30 at night. He had left work and was running a few personal errands before returning home after a long day. He walked me through a few potential causes and solutions but when it still didn't work, he insisted on coming to the mall to help me. I said I could take an uber home but he would not accept that - he wanted to check the vehicle and make sure I got home safely and wasn't without a vehicle to drive. He came to the mall at 10pm to check my vehicle and bring me another to drive home. He was AMAZING! Truly above and beyond. He could have just told me to have it towed to the dealership and take a cab home. But he personally handled it and took a situation where I could have been a very dissatisfied customer (it was disappointing to have my two day old car have a problem - though I think it had something to do with installing the DVD player) and turned it into a HUGE positive. He is an excellent salesperson and provided me with outstanding service. It's a story I will share with my own employees when I talk to them about what outstanding customer service looks like.
