Great Customer Service This is the second time I have purchased a new car from Jim Amerson. The first time was in 2012 and the second time was last week. He is the best! He is very thorough, friendly, and extremely patient. He asks questions so he can truly help the customer get the right car. He knows his business, answers questions, follows up, and returns calls. When I purchase another car, it will be from Jim. Rashanda McCants (finance Department) was also extremely helpful and patient. She did an excellent job of explaining all of the paperwork and options. More

Great experience with Pam. We came to the dealership on Saturday just planning on looking at cars. Pam approached us and was so friendly and down to earth and we were immediate We came to the dealership on Saturday just planning on looking at cars. Pam approached us and was so friendly and down to earth and we were immediately comfortable with her. She allowed us to drive two of the vehicles we were interested in and and was a wealth of information and answered all of our questions. It was a messy, rainy Saturday afternoon and she didn't mind getting wet and taking us all around the lot to show us the inventory. After the test drives we came inside to look at some figures and within 30 minutes we had purchased a new car. Our experience was great and I highly recommend this dealership. Pam was awesome! More
