Continued Great Customer Service! Recently contacted our original salesperson Jeff Teague concerning an after-market purchase for our new 2017 Toyota Highlander. The item was suggeste Recently contacted our original salesperson Jeff Teague concerning an after-market purchase for our new 2017 Toyota Highlander. The item was suggested by Jeff at the time of purchase as he explained the use of the rear cargo liner and how his family used theirs. We decided to make the purchase to add to the car for an upcoming beach trip, so I contacted Jeff and asked him about it. He took the initiative to check on the availability of stock of the color we wanted and also arranged for it to be pulled from inventory and set aside for pick-up the same week. It was a simple task of just walking in and paying for the item and leaving. We really appreciate the extra effort he went to help us out after our purchase. Again he is a great salesperson and asset to Fred Anderson Toyota! Thanks Jeff! More

Above and Beyond! Preston went way above and beyond in helping me select my new Camry. He took time from his day to allow me to test drive the car all the way to Youngs Preston went way above and beyond in helping me select my new Camry. He took time from his day to allow me to test drive the car all the way to Youngsville, so my wife could test drive the car too. He did this with the firm understanding that we might not buy the car. He took the risk anyway, and allowed us to drive the car - with absolutely no pressure to buy whatsoever. When we got back to the dealership I realized I had to be at a meeting at work 15 minutes later - in Durham! My wife had already taken my old car home and I was stuck. Preston quickly arranged to get the paperwork done so I could "borrow" my new car and drive it to work. We then worked out plans to meet after work to finish everything up. He gave me the most awesome deal on the car. My co-workers are amazed at the deal I got and the new car that I now drive. I really have to recommend Fred Anderson and Preston especially. I would definitely consider Fred Anderson again for my next car. More
