I have never felt more comfortable buying a car! The last couple of times I purchased a car (from other dealerships, not Fred Anderson) it was an absolutely horrible, stressful experience. I was actually dreading having to through the car buying ordeal again. I started my car search via the internet. Preston quickly contacted me from this inquiry and even sent a video so I could put a face with a name. I couldn't go to the dealership for about a week after that initial inquiry but when I had a free moment I texted Preston to make sure he was there. I told Preston I wanted a 2017 RAV 4. When I arrived he had a list of everyone on the lot ready for me to review. I had already looked at the aqua one online and loved the color so we test drove that one. Preston was first to drive and demonstrated the lane assist feature for me. I was sold on the car but of course we had to talk numbers. Preston presented me several options and was very patient as a looked these over and tried to contact my husband. Unfortunately my husband was unavailable that evening so I left the dealership with the options to mull over. My husband had a few questions later that evening once I got home. I texted the questions to Preston and he quickly replied. They next day I texted Preston and told him what we could do. He quickly spoke to his manager and called me to let me know we had a deal. When I arrived at the dealership he had everything ready to go. Unfortunately it was a very busy day and I waited about 2 and half hours to get in with someone from finance. Preston was very apologetic about this and even said the dealership would reimburse my husband and I for a dinner up to $50 dollars to compensate for the abnormally long wait. (We didn't take them up on this but it was nice of them to offer) Once I was done with finance Preston walked me out to my new car to go over the features with me again and to answer any questions. While doing this he noticed the tire pressure was low. He tried to gain entry into the already closed service department to remedy this for me but he didn't have any luck. My husband had to go back the next day to sign for our trade in and he did add air to the tires then. Overall I felt no pressure or anxiety over my purchase. Preston was thorough, kind, patient and genuine. I would definitely recommend Preston and Fred Anderson to my friends! More

Love my new car Jon was a delight to work with, very patient. I had taken my old Camry for service and my daughter ran off to look at new cars. When I caught up with her Jon was already showing her the different cars and I was not yet ready to buy a new car but because of the service that Jon gave us I was sure to come back to see him and make a purchase. I told Jon it will be end of December before I buy one but to let me know of any deals they have. Jon emailed me all the promotions and clearances they had without putting any pressure at all that’s what I love about Jon. Everyday my daughter would say please let’s go see Jon and get a new car .By the 3 rd visit I was ready to get one and as usual Jon patiently showed us around again and test drives since I was undecided. Finally my daughter picked the highlander and I loved it so much and finally made the purchase. I also liked that Jon was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and all features they came with and showed me how to use them all. More

I had to have my prius serviced so while at Fred Anderson decided to look at the 2017 hybrid prius that is larger than mine . Preston Elmers showed me why the prius was the better buy without overselling it and If you have ever had a prius hybrid (and I have had 4 so this is my 5th) it is hard to give up the drivability and good gas milage . He pointed out the new electronics on the panel and how easier than the Honda. I was also thinking that I didn't want to change the place I have always had my car serviced and the new service entryway is wonderful. No more wintry wind blowing thru there. More
