He was always on my side and searching further when I presented things to him. Even drove me to put a tank of gas in before I left the dealership and I was hearing a "popping noise". He quickly said, let me get in and drive and see if I hear it, and he figured it out that it was the plastic floormat overlay to keep the floormats clean that was making the popping sound when you accelerated the gas pedal. But, he didn't "brush" me off, he got to the bottom of it. Darold is a great guy, I really liked him. We even invited him to come to church with us anytime! More
