Great Experience I had many firsts on Saturday February 10, 2018. The first of which was visiting Fred Anderson Toyota. The second was driving a Toyota, and the third I had many firsts on Saturday February 10, 2018. The first of which was visiting Fred Anderson Toyota. The second was driving a Toyota, and the third was buying a brand new Toyota. I had been shopping for cars for about a week and had been to a few of Mr. Anderson's competitors around Raleigh, and when I came to the Toyota dealership, I expected to meet a salesman who would eventually try to sell me something I didn't need. To my surprise, Preston treated me like a friend, and made the test driving and buying experience very easy. Although the dealership is huge, it's very clean, the employees are helpful and friendly. It feels very welcoming and comfortable. The drive up service department is the first I've ever seen, and will come in handy when it's raining, snowing, or blazing hot outside. The maintenance plan is what convinced me I had landed in the right place. I did a lot of research before I came to Fred Anderson, and they, by far, have the best maintenance plan. More

He was not pushy at all but you knew he was the one you wanted to work with. You could trust him. Absolute best car buying experience ever! So I went in to get an oil change and brake inspection on my FJ Cruiser, and ended up leaving with a 2016 Buick Envision! John is the only Internet sales person I contacted in the Raleigh area who sent me a quote by email, the only one who met with me in person (instead of handing me off to someone else), and the only one who looked up exactly when he could get the model/color I wanted and explained the next steps to make that happen.
