Good Experience With Some Recommendations Overall, I was generally happy with my sales experience, but Matt needs to adopt some more professional customer interaction techniques. For instance, calling the customer "Bro" multiple times is not acceptable. After the purchase, I texted a concern I had to him and since I was out of town, I told him to call my wife, Anne Travis, to address it. When he called her, he addressed her as "Miss Anne" and referred to me as "Travis", which is my last name, not my first name. And he said he had gotten a "weird" text from me. There was nothing unusual about the text. These type of things reflect poorly on him and the business. And the customer should be treated the same after the purchase as before the purchase. He is my only contact after the purchase. That is why he gave me his business card. More

Tim Germain is the best in customer support We had purchased 2 vehicles from Tim and went back to him to buy a new 2018 RAV4 Hybrid. He lnew our requirements and found an exact fit for us.
