Keith Payne has been awesome helping me with my maintenance package issues. I live in NC and no dealership in my area would honor my maintenance agreement to service my vehicle. My brother lives ne maintenance package issues. I live in NC and no dealership in my area would honor my maintenance agreement to service my vehicle. My brother lives near Bradshaws made a call, spoke with Keith and he was able to review the info needed and told us that he didn't see a problem with me having it serviced there. I had to drive over a hour for a oil change and when the time comes for the next I'll be going back to Bradshaw. Cadillac dealerships in my area should be ashamed!!! More
