She took the time to go to the service manager Ken Harris, who spent time with me to explain what they had to do, He then called Terry the shop foreman to take care of my Vette. Ken then told me this was going take time because they needed guidance from GM and arranged for a car to take me home. At the end of the work day Alissa called me to let me know my baby had to spend the night and assured me that she would be kept inside. The next morning about 11:30 I picked up my car and dropped off my wife's car for service. Everyone treated me like a KING!!! Thank you Bradshaw, Ed More
Great experience! As usual, I was greeted in a very friendly manner. My issues were listened to and thoroughly looked at. I had a newly developed concern around how my automobile was steering. The service manager drove the car and suggested that it was due to the lane assist feature that had apparently not been turned on until very recently. I needed an oil change, so I scheduled a service for the next morning. I left the car overnight and was called by 9:30 AM the next morning that my car was ready for pick-up. Upon arrival, I was told that the car had been thoroughly examined and that the issue was definitely caused by the lane assist being on and the oil change had been performed. Upon driving home, I turned the assist off and the issue was gone. Now that I know how this feature affects the steering, I may use it more often. This service was done on my 2018 Cadillac XTS. I have had service done on my 2008 Cadillac CTS, which I purchased elsewhere, since I have owned it. It is because of this level of service that I wanted to purchase my XTS from Bradshaw. Both automobiles have provided great service and Bradshaw has provided terrific service to keep them running like new. Thanks Bradshaw! More

The lounge is nice and is a great place to hang out for an hour. I really appreciate how nice and clean everything is, including the bay where you pull your car in. Zack Moran took care of me. He explained everything my truck needed in detail, and I don't feel like I'm being sold anything I don't need. I trust Zack and Bradshaw to take good care of me and my truck. More
