There was never a we will go from there. I was given the impression at that point that it would be up to me but i was being given the diagnosis at no charge. Your dealership does not operate on the same customer satisfaction level as some in the area. I will use the others from now on.

After looking for a fix for this system on Google I found reviews and complaints from hundreds of people that GMC is more than aware of the IntelliLink system failures and has chosen to ignore them for years. Your dealership has also chosen to ignore it as I was told that a diagnostic would be done but that there is no warranty, which means I'll end up paying for it myself anyway. When you ( Bradshaw) know better, be better and do the right thing.
