Over all was good, had to go inside to find someone to speak with. The salesman I talked to needs to learn more about the vehicles he’s trying to sale. Asked him questions about the vehicle and he didn’t speak with. The salesman I talked to needs to learn more about the vehicles he’s trying to sale. Asked him questions about the vehicle and he didn’t know the answer. Was told stuff was on the vehicle that after I bought found out was not. Salesman did not see me through the whole process was actually gone before I was done with the financial part. He did not do a walk around with me nor did he help with setup of phone or on star. The financial part went smoothly and he was helpful in answering any questions. I purchased the package for oil changes so we will see how the service department is when that time comes. More
Service tech was nice. I felt like aninconvenience to most of the other staff. No one helped me in getting large items out of my car while having a baby with me. Most of the staff needs a lesson in customer relations. Billing is also very misleading. Additionally, it's been 5 days since I picked up my car. I've been waiting for a callback on an open item since. Communication is not very reliable. When I madey appt,I communicate what I wanted. When I got to the dealership, it was a wasted trip. Then I waited almost a week for the person to call to set up my loaner car. My service technician was nice- the dealerships practices and service needs to be retrained. More
Howard was very helpful by giving me a quote for an oil change over the phone, my car required different oil than a normal oil change and he was the only one out of 7 dealerships that I had called that too change over the phone, my car required different oil than a normal oil change and he was the only one out of 7 dealerships that I had called that took the time to give me an accurate quote over the phone. Clayton initially helped me, as Howard was helping another customer, to make sure I was taken care of. This was my first time at this dealership and I had an excellent experience, my car was done before the time they quoted me. More
