My husband did research for months online and decided that two previous test-drives (from a private seller and small dealership) would be "okay" to choose from. Earl was on the lot preparing to meet another customer who placed a deposit on the vehicle. We sincerely appreciated him being upfront about the possibility of this truck being unavailable. Luckily, we received a call from Earl thirty minutes later and test drove the truck. It was arranged for us to place a deposit for the remainder of the weekend and complete the sale Monday morning. After the purchase was done and paperwork completed, my husband and I were in shock about how easy the whole sale had been. We didn't receive pressure from any salesmen, and the staff was friendly. Earl was very courteous and helpful both in person and over the phone. He had the 2010 Colorado serviced and ready to go when we got there even though we were about 30 minutes early.
