I went to Bradshaw Chevrolet and told the salesman what I wanted ( Andy Bettendorf ). He told me thet had no vehicles on the lot that I wanted but he would locate me one. Within the week he called me and told me he had found one and wanted to know when I would like to come in and see it. I did and like it. I then told him how much money was involved and what I wanted the payments to be. He talked to his finance person who is super and they not only met what I said but got things better lower than I had expected.Bradshaw has a very good reputation and all the people there go out of their way to keep it that way. We were out of town customers (actually on a road trip with our 2 small children and dog) and thought we might just drop by to take a look at a vehicle we had seen online. The customer service we recieved was WONDERFUL! Tony Bentley and Sales manager Jeff Plunkett went out of their way to allow my husband and I to find a comfortable place to let our children play while we made a decesion regarding the car. The price agreed upon was VERY FAIR and our entire experience was great. ZEven after the vehicle purchase was complete the sales manager and consultant were helpful and wanted to be sure we were pleased with our purchase. We would certainly approach this dealership again for another vehicle. More

Earl contacted us several times to let us know the status of our order. This went above and beyond what I expected.He thoroughly explained the vehicle before letting us leave and even setup our OnStar and a of our order. Purchased a Hummer H3 from Earl - great experience from start to finish! Had car waiting (and immaculate) when we got there for just a test drive! I started the process online and went to Bradshaw first where I met Earl Wirgau. He was very friendly and accomodating - yet not pushy. After going to a couple of other dealers i went back and closed the d where I met Earl Wirgau. He was very friendly and accomodating - yet not pushy. I saw an add in the local paper on a Sunday for a used car that I had been price shopping for several months and decided to visit the dealership on Tuesday of the following week. Tony Bentley was extreme car that I had been price shopping for several months and decided to visit the dealership on Tuesday of the following week. Tony Bentley was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions about the used car I was interested in. We took a test drive and examined the car at length. The CarFax report was available on the website and everything Tony told me about the car was borne out in the report. I thought the price was too good to be true (approximately trade-in value) and asked to take the car to my mechanic to check it out. Tony offered to let me take the car home that night but I declined not having checked on insurance ahead of time. I really did not expect to buy a car that soon. After taking the car to my mechanic the next morning and having my wife examine the car thoroughly we talked about the price. The only issue of concern was having only one Smart Key for the car. The car was impeccably clean with new filters and fluid changes. After I contacted the OEM dealer for the car and determined the cost of a Smart key we discussed this with Tony and Jeff and they agreed to reduce the price for this item. As a last item we then discussed financing for about 40% of the sale price due to our limited access to immediate funds for the full purchase price, about $17,500.00. Bradshaw used their resouces and were able to get us a rate comparable with new car financing for this remaining portion of the rpice. As a final note this all occurred on Tuesday and Wednesday and we drove home with our new (used) car on Wednesday night. I can't thank all of the kind people at Bradshaw Used Cars enough. I would like to specifically thank Tony Bentley for making all of this happen in two days. I never would have believed it if someone had told me this story. Thanks again. Over a month later and I still love the car. More
I just want to say that everyone we dealt with at Bradshaw Automotive was heads and shoulders above other dealerships we visited. I can't say enough for how we were treated...The next time we are in the market for a new vehicle we will certainly be making a trip to Greer. We feel that you are all doing everything right!! More
