He was very informative about every aspect of the vehicle, taking his time and being very courteous in answering any question we had. He also showed us where to go when we come in for service and the waiting areas we would be using. Ed Donald was very informative about the financial aspects and showed us some extras, without us ever feeling he was pushing them on us, two of which we purchased. And Zach introduced himself when Wayne was busy for a few minutes with another customer and was very courteous and friendly and thanked us for our purchase and drove our vehicle to fill it up with gas before we left. The whole deal from start to finish took about five hours but it never seemed like it. Wayne told us to call him anytime if we ever needed anything that he would do what ever he could to help us.
