I was in the market for a used car. Decided to drive in and see what Bradshaw had to offer, so glad I did! Tony Bentley greeted us and was very helpful with the used inventory. I called prior to making the trip from Columbia to Greer, which was approximately 1.5 hours from where I live. I also had the opportunity to meet the finance manager as well, what a pleasure to meet people in the auto business, who are genuine and sincere. I was purchasing this vehicle for my 16 year old daughter and was concerned about safety, reliability, and price. I feel I got all three in this transaction. Our experience at Bradshaw Greer Chevrolet was near perfect. We received a fair deal on our trade-in and there was not a lot of back and forth with the "Sales Manager". I have bought many cars in my lifetime so it is easy to say what a pleasant and efficient process this was for me. Many sales people will do that and it is not necessary. The customer is either ready to buy or just tire kicking. In either instance the customer needs as much information as possible to make a decision. In my case, all the preliminary info was taken care of on-line, including my trade-in value and financing options. This was very helpful, especially since the dealership was quite a distance from home. In addition, there was a service related issue that the dealership took care of the following week, and I never had to leave my home to get it accomplished. They came to pick up the car and left with a Cadillac loaner until they delivered the car back to me the same day as promised. The service and sales departments had great communication and follow-up. I would recommend not only Earl but Bradshaw Automotive to any propspective buyer. Thank you Bradshaw! More
