Yesterday I bought a used Nissan Quest from Bradshaw Automotive. I searched for a van on line and found the ad posted by Bradshaw Automotive contained lots of photos and a car fax report, so I emailed Automotive. He responded quickly and answered every question I asked. This was refreshing since other dealers responded with give me a call and we can discuss this car. I went to see the Quest and found everything as described. And although the Quest was very clean already, they vacuumed it, washed it, and filled the tank while we were processing the sale. The dealership was very organized and it took a minimum amount of time to process the sale. I had looked at lots of vans on line before I went to get this one, so I know the price was a fair one. There were no surprises. The final price was exactly what I had been promised. I will check out Bradshaw Automotive next time I am in the market for a car. More

They were very professional, and took a true interest in being certain that I found what I wanted. I was also extrememly impression with the cleanliness of the whole dealership. (I think you could have almost eaten off the service department floors!) Considering I was a female customer , I can honesly say they treated me with the utmost respect and made the whole purchasing decision painless and actually enjoyable! And of course I'm loving the car so far!!! I was in the market for a used car. Decided to drive in and see what Bradshaw had to offer, so glad I did! Tony Bentley greeted us and was very helpful with the used inventory. At delivery, the vehicle was clean as a whistle, detailed beautifully! We stopped in an hour before closing on a Saturday and we were not rushed a bit...we signed all papers and were out the door just about an hour later. We met with Mr. Edward Donald in the finance department and all the paperwork was clear and concise, no surprises and the process was quick and efficient. I called prior to making the trip from Columbia to Greer, which was approximately 1.5 hours from where I live. This was a big plus, some would not have said anything even if it was sold, so that they could show other vehicles. He called back as stated and the vehicle was still available. I arrived at the dealership and was initially greeted by another salesman, I told him I was looking for Earl. I greeted Earl, he took us to the vehicle, it was just as he stated, even with the few little nicks that was in the bumper. (by the way he informed me of that before I left my home, he stated he didn't want me to have any surprises upon my arrival. We test drove the vehicle, it was exactly what I was looking for. we purchased the vehicle. I also had the opportunity to meet the finance manager as well, what a pleasure to meet people in the auto business, who are genuine and sincere. I was purchasing this vehicle for my 16 year old daughter and was concerned about safety, reliability, and price. I feel I got all three in this transaction.
