We had a wonderful experience buying at Bradshaw. We set up an appointment to come in one evening, and we were immediately greeted by Wayne. He was very friendly, polite and down to earth. We had our 5 month old daughter with us and did not want to take her out in the cold, so Wayne brought the vehicles we were interested in inside the service bay! He did a great job of explaining the benefits and features of each vehicle. He told us he would be off the following day, Valentine’s Day, but said if we were ready to come back just to call his cell phone. Well we decided we wanted to go back and purchase the vehicle. I called him on his cell phone, and he met us up there on his day off. He worked hard to crunch numbers and get us in a price range that we were comfortable in. We didn’t get there until late, and had to wait to talk with Ernest in finance but Wayne did not leave he waited patiently with us until 10:30pm. He even started the car to let it warm up for us. I will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle in the future. More

As I was helping my son look for a car.I found two chevy impala's at Bradshaw's on the Internet. He had school at night & works during the day. Don Abney and I talked about cars and price. Great experience! Wayne was willing to answer all questions, worked with me on price, went out of his way to make sure the car I bought was exactly what I wanted! Decided to add leather seats after the purchase of the car- he set everything up, got me a loaner car ( a nice Chevy Tahoe!) Got heated seats for me was awesome in making that go well. Personable and easy going- no pressuring to purchase wanted me as the customer to make the best decision based on what I needed as the buyer. I will be back!!
