He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional. The entire buying experience was extremely positive all thanks to Earl and his hard work putting it all together so that when I arrived everything was ready. I only spent 45 minutes at the dealership and was on the road headed back to Vegas.2300 miles is a long ways to travel to buy a vehicle, but when I am ready again, I will definitely call Earl at Bradshaw and see if we can make it happen again. I Had been to 10 dealership. With all bad experances I gave them all with a unique financing I was waiting on a check from my retirment. Wayne is absolutly the most honest stright forward car salesman I ever meet. I told him what I wanted and how much I could spend. Wayne didnt start to talk me out of things to get the price down. He simply started looking and found what I wanted. he then asked me what I wanted to do. He did not try to get me to do anything I did not want to do he listened to what I said. He talked to zack and they came to an agreement and gave me a price actually below what I was wanting to spend. with the warrentee extentions and the finish care I got at signing took me over what I wanted to spend but that was all my doing my decision I had No pressure. I explained to them that I did not have my cash until it came in the mail and cleared my bank and they beleived in me and when and got the car on my word that was huge to me. Then to top it off when I went to pick it up my car was in the show room with a huge bow on it I got to drive my car off the show room floor thank you Bradshaw for putting people in place that want to make it a awsome shopping experance for me and thank you Wayne and Zack for being Kind for listening and having faith and beleiving in me and what I said I would do. I had a great experience in purchasing my new Corvette. Viktor was awesome through the entire process. We had a couple of challenges in finding the car I was looking for, as ordering the exact car was not Viktor was awesome through the entire process. Viktor found one that was very close and Zach was willing to help to get the car equipped like I wanted. Viktor kept me informed all along the way and I never felt like I didn't know where we were in the process. Viktor was very knowlegeable and helped with some of the options that I would not have known about. Overall, I was very happy with my purchase and will go to Bradshaw with any future needs. More
Debbie and Don worked with me for about 1 week in getting the used SUV I wanted. They had several on the lot that I wanted to test and they were willing to let me drive any and all I wanted. They followed up regularly by phone and email to help me in the decision but were not "pushy". They even drove the vehicle out to me on 2 different occasions since I could not get over to Greer from Simpsonville. The Finance Dept, including Earnest Jones, were helpful in getting credit for me and explained all details to me. I do have a couple outstanding issues to be addressed with the Yukon, but I feel Debbie and Don will ensure those items are fixed properly. More
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! AFTER TOTALLING MY VEHICAL, (THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED AT BRADSHAW) WE NEEDED A NEW CAR QUICK. AFTER MULTIPLE PROMISES THAT WE COUL DEALERSHIP!!! AFTER TOTALLING MY VEHICAL, (THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED AT BRADSHAW) WE NEEDED A NEW CAR QUICK. AFTER MULTIPLE PROMISES THAT WE COULD TEST DRIVE OVERNIGHT (ALSO OVER THE WKEND), AND EVEN DELIVER THE CAR TO US BECAUSE WE DIDNT HAVE A WAY TO THE DEALERSHIP, THE SALES ASSOCIATE FAILED MISERABLY TO DELIVER. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO EVEN GET A CALL BACK ONCE MESSAGES HAD BEEN LEFT REGARDING SETTING UP THE TEST DRIVE. OH AND BY THE WAY, I SHOULD HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON AFTER THE FIRST GO ROUND WITH THE SERVICE DEPT. AFTER SALES HAD PROMISED ALL THE TOUCH UPS AND MINOR REPAIRS TO THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF THE FIRST VEHICAL PURCHASED THERE, THEY ALSO FAILED TO DELIVER ON THAT AS WELL. MY FIVE YEAR OLD COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB ON PAINT TOUCH UP THAN THESE GUYS. SIMPLY AWFUL. BE AWARE OF ANY "GOOD FAITH" REPAIRS THEY MAY PROMISE. NOW I AM STRUGGLING TO GET A PRO-RATED CHECK BACK ON THE WARRANTY I PURCHASED SINCE I NO LONGER OWN THE VEHICAL. WHICH FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DONT KNOW, THE DEALERSHIP IS RESPONSIBLE FOR. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP BASED ON THE ABOVE ACTIONS BY THE SALES/SERVICE/MANAGEMENT TEAMS. More
If not for Chris Wilkins with his pleasant, professional and courteous manner shown to my wife and we, we probably would not have bought our new Cadillac from Bradshaw. As impressed as I was with the product, I was just as unimpressed with it's MSRP. I felt that we paid at least $1500-$2000 more than the true value of the vehicle. Even with that said, I like my Cadillac and would buy again from Bradshaw. Go figure. The staff at Bradshaw are top notch,very professional and know their product. I blame myself for paying what I did, not Bradshaw. They are just that good. You owe it to yourself to give them a look see if you are in the market for a new vehicle. More
