My experience with Bradshaw Automotive was outstanding and I have zero complaints. I had been looking for a Chevy Silverado and when I found the one at Bradshaw on Cars.com my Dad and I called the dealers and I have zero complaints. I had been looking for a Chevy Silverado and when I found the one at Bradshaw on Cars.com my Dad and I called the dealership to inquire about the truck. Earl provided excellent customer service and even took extra pictures of the truck to send to us. He was very upfront about the condition of the truck and took pictures of the few little dents and scratches to make sure we weren't surprised if we drove down to the dealership. We we're coming from NC and got there later in the evening but Earl and the staff stayed late to wait on us. When we got there, the truck was exactly as described and drove beautifully. I did find one issue in that the windshield washer fluid line was cut and had most likely been cut when they put in a new battery right before it was put on the lot. No problem, Earl had the part ordered for me at no cost to me and shipped it along with a replacement bulb cover for the license plate bulb directly to my house. Outstanding customer service and he made sure we got everything we wanted. I would highly recommend this dealership and Earl to anyone I know. Plus I love my truck! Alex More

I was very surprised with the excellent experienced that I encountered at Bradshaw Automotive (Chevrolet). I was dreading going to a dealership to purchase a used vehicle and with the possibility of trading I encountered at Bradshaw Automotive (Chevrolet). I was dreading going to a dealership to purchase a used vehicle and with the possibility of trading in my own vehicle. Earl Wirgau was very easy to deal with, he explained the reasoning behind the pricing quotes on both vehicles involved in my transaction. I believe that I received a very fare deal on my trade-in; I was expecting to be low-balled. Although, I would have liked to see a couple a things added to the used car purchase agreement, I understand the reasoning/cost ramifications that would have made adding these items to the used car sale agreement a lose vs lose scenario for the dealership. After all the price of the used vehicle was very reasonable, with reference to immediate area, NADA, and KBB pricing. I would recommend dealing with Earl Wirgau @ Bradshaw Automotive (Chevrolet) to my friends and family. More

I had been looking for a Cadillac SRX for some time. I found the one at Bradshaw Automotive late Friday night. I sent in the online inquiry and got a reply early Saturday morning from Earl Wirgau. We made the deal basically inn 3 hours via E-mail, text photos and phone calls. I had told Earl I HATE BUYING A CAR AND WANTED IT TO BE PAINLESS. We were 2 hours away so I did not want to waste a trip. As we left home it started snowing! I called Earl and he said come on down they would wait. after wrecks bypassed in I-85 and at 5pm we got there. Earl and Ed had all the paperwork ready to sign and got us on our way in 45 minutes!. One of the most pleasant car buying experiences I HAVE EVER HAD! This Dealership is first class and I will definitely drive 2 hours to buy another automobile from them.
