I decided to address my concerns with management. I called and spoke with Miss Ann about my concerns. Miss Ann did a fabulous job of listening to my concerns which alleviated a lot of my frustrations, and she reassured me that the General Manager, Jeff Plunkett would be returning my call. Miss Ann was very professional and cordial to me at all times. Jeff Plunkett did a fabulous job of convincing me that they wanted to earn my business. Jeff Plunkett was quick to rationalize the situation and offered to repair three of the four items that I was concerned about. After thinking about the issues and discussing them with my husband, we decided to have Bradshaw Auto Group repair two of the four items, and we wanted to haggle on the price for the other two items. Although, we did not get all that we wanted, we did get some concessions made in the price. We at that time, felt as if we were getting some compromise and decided to purchase the used truck. It only got better from there because, Jeff Plunkett, General Manager of Bradshaw Auto Group called me with some good news. He was able to save us an additional $200.00 on our purchase. Don Abney, Internet Sales Consultant was handling the sales paperwork for us. Don Abney called me to gather the particulars in advance so when we came in to pick up the truck it was quick and painless. Don Abney was very professional, competent, and courteous at all times. My husband and I work for a living, so we appreciated his efforts to expedite the sales process. Don Abney walked us through our purchase literally from beginning to end. It was our pleasure to be guided through the sales with Don Abney. We would like to add one thing, the purchase of the used truck was probably small potatoes in the grand scheme of your daily sales, but we were treated as if we where purchasing a brand new vehicle. I was a little nervous about coming into a car dealer and being "hounded" by a salesperson. We had already been to a few that morning and they each had plenty to say, but knew little about the car that I was being "hounded" by a salesperson. We had already been to a few that morning and they each had plenty to say, but knew little about the car that I was looking at. That's where I found the biggest difference at Bradshaw. Keri met me out at the car and knew so much about the perks and differences of the ones that I was looking at. She was so nice and listened to my questions and answered them patiently and ran to find out information when she didn't know the answer. I appreciate that she didn't just answer off the top of her head like many do, but said honestly "You know, I don't know, but I will go and find out!" She was so cheerful and I felt like I made a friend as well as bought a car that day! Zach was great to work with too and I felt like he had our best interest in mind, which is opposite of so many dealers. Everything on the sales side was really fast and smooth. Ed made everything easy and understandable and out in the open when it came time to signing the papers. He knew what he was doing and was really assuring when I had concerns. I've already told everyone who compliments my new car that Bradshaw was a great experience--I hope more people get to see the difference that I saw! More

I told him I live in York SC and that is about 1 and 1/2 hours away,so he did everything over the phone for me.Mr. Wirgau got me the truck I wanted,got me the truck for the price I offered,and got me financed at a great rate and payment I could afford all of this over the phone. The Salesman was a very nice man, no pressure and it is obvious that he is simply a good man. There was no pressure to finance through them, but they offered to help us to find as good or better financing than what our credit union had approved us for. The finance manager was super nice and he made a few calls to the bank we chose to work with to get the interest rate lowered. The salesman was Craig Collins and the Finance manager was Ed Donald. These are two of the nicesest people you will ever meet. They are obviously there to make money, but you couldn't tell it by working with them; you'd think they were just there to serve you. The dealership is very nice also. I hadn't been there in years but they have really built a modern, high quality, convinient, customer friendly place. I have bought many cars over the years, but from here on out I will try to do business with Bradshaw first. More
