1st. I was told my vehicle was ready a day late after the wrong part was ordered. This was an inconvenience! 2nd. I was told that my vehicle would be left out front for me to pick up after I got off work a wrong part was ordered. This was an inconvenience! 2nd. I was told that my vehicle would be left out front for me to pick up after I got off work and that my keys would be left with the receptionist. When I arrived, I could not locate my vehicle up front and the Receptionist knew nothing about my vehicle. I waited well over 30 minutes for the receptionist to find someone to help me. That person finally found my key and we drove around the whole lot in the golf cart to later find my car all the way in the back. No where near where I was told it was supposed to be. By this time I wasted well over 45 minutes of my evening. This whole experience including the rip off diagnostic fee was such an inconvenience!! More

Belt Change Last year when I had work done to my car, the were to replace the serpentine belt. They forgot to do this. David Rocklein told me it would be done for $38.00 the next time I came in for an oil change.. I was there yesterday to have my oil changed and asked for them to put the belt on. They would not honor the $38 quote but went up to $58.00.. I did not have them do the belt. More
