Very efficient and organized. The associate who managed it, Mr. Kitchens, was helpful. I saw it only after I returned home and called Mr. Kitchens; he stated that the software prints it like that, and was very reassuring, but I am concerned that it appears that I declined a very important service. Everyone in service dept have been so nice. Clay is the best service representative. I’ve just had a knee replacement and wasn’t able to bring my Xt5 in for a recall to get the car it fixed.
