Joe was very conscientious to maintain a clean, sterile, safe environment so we could check out the vehicle. He was very thorough in explaining all the benefits available with the vehicle and with all the special purchase options GMC was offering. We then received courteous treatment by Patrick Clayton in their finance department who helped us set up our financing and any warranty options we chose. Upon completion of the purchase, Joe spent a good amount of time going over all the vehicle features and even assisted us in setting up our MyGMC account, synching our phones, and setting up our OnStar. In all, it was a very pleasant buying experience. More
