The lots were open on Sunday when there was no staff working. It was very convenient to be able to see the cars and trucks without having to walk a great distance. He answered all of or questions and made sure we knew that he was there to make sure our experience was a good one whether we purchased a vehicle or not. The selections were good and we decided to take advantage of what we saw even when it was a few weeks before we had planned to buy. Ernest Jones was the Finance Manager that walked us through the paperwork and made sure we understood ever aspect of the deal. We have purchased a few vehicles in the past 42 years and this was the easiest of them all. There was not pressure and no stress. So when we identified the Acadia we were interested in and contacted the dealership, they hooked us up with Joe Johnson on their sales staff. This was during the COVID 19 pandemic. Joe was very conscientious to maintain a clean, sterile, safe environment so we could check out the vehicle. He was very thorough in explaining all the benefits available with the vehicle and with all the special purchase options GMC was offering. We then received courteous treatment by Patrick Clayton in their finance department who helped us set up our financing and any warranty options we chose. Upon completion of the purchase, Joe spent a good amount of time going over all the vehicle features and even assisted us in setting up our MyGMC account, synching our phones, and setting up our OnStar. In all, it was a very pleasant buying experience. More
