Social distancing? Face masks? Well less than half of the astaff followed CDC guidelines. Many who had facemasks, had them UNDER their chin! Obviously of no value (and looks silly) several associates were gathered together in very close proximity, totally violating social distancing guidelines. My service person only put on her mask-which was sitting uselessly on her desk- after I requiested it, and then reluctantly. Have these people had any training on disease transmission? I have further service needed on our car, but I will choose a location that is respectful of others. More
