Rattle in Door Dropped off truck for rattle inside cabin. Truck was kept for 2 days, still exactly as it was immediately getting into vehicle. Read reviews online hundreds of people with same issue. Disappointing driving a 2020 Truck that is not as sound as a another 20 years older. Terry was easy to work with and offered to have it washed. Problem not resolved after 2 days is the complaint. Would try a different service department for these type issues. More

The last two times I gave come in for oil change and tire rotation my light has come on for low are in a tire and I have had to add air. I had asked our salesman for several days to have the vehicles safety check for my review on the day we arrived to take delivery. Despite the advanced notice it was not available when we arrived. Then while we were taking delivery they presented a copy of our credit report to sign even though they knew we were paying cash for the vehicle.
