David Rocklein in the service department went out of his way to help me with a problem with my vehicle and wanted me to bring it in the next day for service and provided me with a vehicle because I live an way to help me with a problem with my vehicle and wanted me to bring it in the next day for service and provided me with a vehicle because I live an hour and 45 mins away. I had tried the service dept in my area but they never resolved the problem with my vehicle. I purchased my Tahoe at Bradshaws so I called and David assured me they would fix the problem. David updated me daily on my vehicle status which was awesome. I would definitely purchase a vehicle there again due to the great customer service David provided for me. More
Honestly worst visit I've had here. I always go here for small services like this .Waited 2 hours for wheel alignment that wasn't able to be performed because I had 24 inch wheels. They didn't know they couldn't do it and never told me until i waited 2 hours. I still have to get a wheel alignment done now and they still charged me full price. They also forgot to close the hood on my truck and I drove all the way home before i noticed. I called the service manager about what happened and was told to expect a call back about still being charged for the service. He never called me back and im going to have to call back again. More
