I made 4 separate calls to the dealership in the 2 days following leaving my car. Nobody in the service department ever answered the phone when I called and none of my 4 messages ever resulted in a return following leaving my car. Leaving my car, I made it clear that I was leaving town in 2 days and needed to drive my car. As I couldn’t get any type status report on my car at that time, I had to leave town using my fiancés car leaving her without one for 3 days. Five days following leaving my car for service, I again called the dealership and was eventually transferred to the service department although I was speaking to someone who wasn’t my service coordinator, had no idea who I was, and knew nothing about my car. After waiting on hold again, I was informed that my car was ready to be picked up although nobody seemed to know when it was finished or if/when I would have been called and informed. On a more positive note, they did fix the problem while the car was there. More
