Truck was brought in at 8am for 10am appointment and picked up @ 4pm without work completed. No one called to let us know system was down and that they was unable to complete the recall work. We called More

It is my understanding that all of GM reprogramming went down on Friday, I do know several attempts were made to try and correct this, however it sounds like your truck is still not programmed. We certainly strive for five star service with every customer and clearly did not provide that. I know we can't help a I.T issue however I do believe we could of communicated better to you.
