Here I am again looking for a new vehicle. This will be my third car purchased from Lisa Drake. She has gone out of her way, through my tears when feeling like nobody can help, and going out of her way to my third car purchased from Lisa Drake. Corrupt sales dept...do not go to this dealership unless you WANT to be ripped off. Especially steer clear of sales person Nina Lusic who is RUDE and WILL RAKE YOU OVER THE COALS. If she returns your calls, it's because she is making money on you. If she doesn't return your calls, it's because there is no money to be made on you. They will do anything to rip you off. If you do buy here, insist on combing through the financing and make sure you understand how the numbers are crunching before signing anything. They do some very creative financing here. You won't even know you're being ripped off (trade ins, sales tax, warranties, services, etc). But my advice is...go elsewhere. Scam Artists at their best! Oh and beware of possible fraudulent(positive)reviews for this dealership because I wouldn't put it past these crooks to have 'friends' submit good reviews. More
Complete scam artists. Don't ever do business with this dealership. $3000 of warranties I did not ask for and add'l fees which were not disclosed were added to the final sale. The only way to get money back was to agree to a trade-in and they were very careful to make themselves whole (direct quote from Finance person) and charge me more than I would have paid if I had purchased the second car outright. While negotiating for a new car, the used car they sold me broke down 9 days after it was purchased on the side of the highway and had to be towed to the nearest Dodge dealer. The car sat on that lot from Sat - Tues (no one remembered to call on Monday to get the work started) and the repair order showed that it should have failed to meet the Certification requirements (entire front end needed to be replaced). And they refused to pay the total amount of the loaner car fee and stuck me with a $200 bill. Enterprise rentals repeatedly called the dealership to be reimbursed and they could not get a call back so they asked me to intervene. Owner failed to return any telephone calls to discuss. Finance people were rude and insulting. Said I went "nutso" on the phone and that they hoped the second car "stuck" (direct quotes). And the salesperson faxed the sales order to my credit union with no vin number which held up the financing. When the vin number was provided it turned out to be a different car than the one they were getting for me. Worst experience I've had at any dealership. An absolute nightmare. After the amount of time, frustration and headaches they should have given me the car. Highly endorse Lynn's Nissan in Byram. Wish I had gone back to them. Professional, trustworthy and courtesy. Repair shop is tops. More
I had a horrible experience with this dealership. They were very nice before I bought the car, and pushed me to take it off the lot that day, so I did, but that's when the problems began. They gave me bad information about my car's insurance status, which I had to rectify on my own, dropped the ball several times on getting my keyless entry installed (in fact, when I went one time, the man behind the service counter snapped at me, and my salesman lied to me about what days the service desk could schedule it), and perhaps most egregiously, they dragged their feet on getting me my license plates. The woman who handles DMV information is either incompetent or deliberately negligent; my temporary plate was about to expire and I hadn't received my real plates yet. It took calling the state DMV (several weeks after giving her the necessary info) to find out that FS Automall had NOT sent them my information at all. The dealership sat on it for weeks with no action; meanwhile, I couldn't drive my car after the temp expired. My salesman gave me a lot of pretend concern but never returned my calls (on any issue at all) and never helped move things in the right direction. He did not care at all, and it showed. Nobody else we called at the dealership returned my calls, either. I had to have a lawyer call the general manager on my behalf before they got me my plates, almost a month after I bought the car. They were paid to handle it in a prompt manner and kept feeding me lies about taking care of it, but it wasn't until the lawyer got involved that they acted (I got my plates the day after that phone call from the lawyer, meaning they could have done it quickly, but they just didn't feel like it). I love my car; I wish I hadn't needed to buy it from them. They treated me with utter disrespect. Avoid this dealership like the plague. More
Prior to deal, very pushy. They were doing paperwork before we even agreed to deal. Bought Jeep liberty 2006. 46k miles after 1st week, radio did not work and light in console did not work. stated th before we even agreed to deal. Right side of speakers do not work. replace all new guts of windows. found out after a recent oil change, drive shaft seal is leaking and front strut is no good. dealer said they would get us into another vehicle. Would not give me back down payment on original purchase. Long story short, all they care about is sale which I'm sure most dealerships are. My problems would get fixed then something else happened because of that fix. sadly i still have the vehicle. Buyer beware. More
Amazing people! The whole sales team is down right friendly! I went in for their February special on the last day which included double my car's trade in value plus a flat screen tv. For a 7 year old friendly! I went in for their February special on the last day which included double my car's trade in value plus a flat screen tv. For a 7 year old Forester with electrical problems and over 100k miles I got $6,000 for the trade and left $1,000 in cash. I bought a used Jeep Patriot with a credit score in the low 500s due to credit cards and they got me approved at a 7% interest rate and I had never had any type of loan at before. They worked hard to get me this deal, let me test drive several cars by myself, and when the original car I wanted with a sunroof was sold before I arrived, they gave me the exact same model without a sunroof but gave me a voucher to get it installed by them for free! The car was 1 year old when I bought it with 10k miles and I barely had to haggle for the price I wanted to pay! Not pushy at all, and while they were waiting for my credit to be approved by someone they let me entertain myself by test driving other cars! Great place! More
