I brought My 2010 Lincoln MKT because of a warning with the blind spot sensors on the rear view mirrors. They said they had to replace the mirrors. Was covered under warranty by Lincoln. When I got home I the blind spot sensors on the rear view mirrors. They said they had to replace the mirrors. Was covered under warranty by Lincoln. When I got home I noticed some small bubbles on mirrors (they had to paint them). When touched the paint comes off in flakes. After a month paint is peeling on both mirrors in multiple locations. I could have done a better job with a can of spray paint. Would bring it back but dealership is 1.5hrs away and would need to take another day out of work. Very poor workmanship, Car did look brand new until now!!!!! More
When I started looking for a Ford Mustang GT, I signed up for a website called TrueCar which gives you a locked-in price for cars at dealerships nearest to you. Within a few hours of signing up, Bruce Fuery for a website called TrueCar which gives you a locked-in price for cars at dealerships nearest to you. Within a few hours of signing up, Bruce Fuery called and emailed me regarding the car and asked when I could come in to their dealership. Some time later, after shopping around most of the dealerships in Massachusetts, I came back to Bruce and asked what he could do for me. The company I work for, EQNE, frequently goes to Franklin Ford for trucks so there was already an established relationship there. I cannot express enough how helpful and accommodating Bruce was in trying to help me reach my goals and earn my business. He tried to think outside the box as much as possible to get my price down and get me the best vehicle. Unfortunately, because I used the TrueCar service (which costs dealers $300 per sale) I was able to find the car at a lower price ($300 cheaper, naturally) at another dealership. Had I not used TrueCar with Franklin Ford I would more than likely have purchased my Mustang GT from them instead. I cannot recommend this dealership enough! It was a pleasure working with Bruce, if you go to Franklin Ford ask for him. Thank you. More
I want to start by saying that I have NEVER written a review but I need to share the experience we had at Franklin Ford. I had called and spoken with 2 salespeople on the phone prior to coming in and enjoyed talking with them. We walked into the dealership and were surprised at how small it was (almost missed it driving by!). Let me tell you that GOOD things come in small packages! As soon as we walked in it was a different feeling - we were welcomed, not "pounced upon" like you are at some other places. Everyone we worked with was courteous, friendly and did not lay on the pressure that is so difficult to deal with. Buying a car is stressful enough,-- these people actually made it easy!! We had gone to another dealership earlier that day and it was such an anxiety provoking experience we ended up walking out. We left there and went to Franklin Ford and felt comfortable. We ended up spending a little more for the vehicle than we had planned on, (it was super packed with options!) but they worked with us and I do believe they gave us the best price they could. More

Franklin Ford had my Van for a week and a half and still never installed the trailor hitch I had perchased. The Salesman I had DJ was a nice person to deal with, I feel he did his best to help me out with his hands tied by the sales managers. Stay away Stay away More
I saw a red 2011 Ford Ranger on the lot and went in to inquire about it. My sales guy was George Carr. He was AWESOME! Both went over all the details thoroughly, and made sure I understood. It was truly a great experience for me. Word of mouth is very powerful, and have already told many of my experience with them. This is the second used car that I have purchased at Franklin Ford. I have been very happy both times with the entire experience. The sales person, Kyle Ives, was very helpful, but not at all pushy in Franklin Ford. I have been very happy both times with the entire experience. I just leased a brand new 2013 Ford Explorer from Franklin Ford located in Franklin Massachusetts. It was a very good experience. I contacted them on a Monday morning and indicated I was considering Franklin Ford located in Franklin Massachusetts. It was a very good experience. I contacted them on a Monday morning and indicated I was considering leasing a new Ford Explorer. I planned on trading in my 2008 Ford Taurus X Crossover. I received a call back within a couple of hours from salesman George Carr. He asked me some questions about my car preference between a lease vs purchase. After reviewing my auto needs he said he would match up their inventory to my request of model and options and call me back shortly. George called me back about an hour later. We made plans for me to go to dealership on Tuesday. I test drove a new Explorer XLT. George was patient and courteous. He spent as much time as I needed to make my decision. He laid out all my cost options and we made a deal to lease the car. I then sat down with the Business Manager Bob Mellen. Bob also outlined all the necessary information of options relating to the lease. At no time did I feel pressured to accept any of the options from either the salesman George or business manager Bob. On Wednesday I picked up the new 2013 Ford Explorer. George went over all the features once again and even Sync my IPhone to my car. After making sure I was satisfied with the demonstrations the sales manager came out to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my experience with Franklin Ford. I would highly recommend buying or leasing a car from Franklin Ford. It was a stress free experience overall. I will look forward to dealing with Franklin Ford when my lease is up in 2015. More
