I bought a 2005 Dakota 4x4 with 67,000 miles and recently posted a bad review. Well, I'm eating crow because they made the issues I was having go away. Franklin Dodge was the third dealership that we visited in order to find a Dodge Journey. We had previously been treated extremely poorly at other dealerships so we decided to leave Huntsville, AL, to go in order to find a Dodge Journey. We had previously been treated extremely poorly at other dealerships so we decided to leave Huntsville, AL, to go to Franklin, TN. Our visit to Franklin Dodge was by far a superior buying experience from the way we were treated with our trade-in to the way we were quickly lead through and helped during the financing of our vehicle. I cannot recall a time that we ever have had this enjoyable of a car buying experience. They were professional, courteous, and helpful...words that we don't in our family generally associate with the car buying experience!!! We appreciate you Franklin Dodge. I purchased my new 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 9 days ago and I am enjoying it immesnsely. Thanks to Halli, my sales person, the sales transaction went smooth and quick drove in at 4 pm and was driving h ago and I am enjoying it immesnsely. Halli even had my Jeep all preped and gased up full and my Bluetooth U-connect all set up and my Sirius radio all turned on, and ready me, by the time I was done in finance.
