First things first, if you read no further than this sentence then know that you are dealing with a top notch, straight-forward dealership. Everyone (including myself) has preconceived notions about what buying a car off a lot - new or used - is actually like. We imagine high pressure sales people, gimmicks, add-ons and duplicity. I encountered none of this at Jeep of Franklin. I originally visited their lot because I was interested in a lease promotion that was being offered by Jeep. I test drove one of their vehicles out of an impressive inventory of Jeeps and immediately found the vehicle I was interested in. As with all lease promotions, the advertised price was for the absolute base-model and the model that I test drove was a step above. Naturally, this increased the price but when I explained the importance of meeting my pre-determined price point I was able to walk with the better equipped vehicle for the price point I had originally set. Naturally, this involved some back and forth but I was impressed that Ted Jones, the sales consultant, was patient rather than dismissive and that the sales manager, Jeff, even called me during off hours to discuss. In the end, I walked out of the dealership - buying, not leasing - a new Jeep that still met my budget. I honestly can't say enough good things about these folks and my experience. I will not only recommend Jeep of Franklin to my friends but I will also likely buy my next vehicle from them now. When/if you read this review keep in mind that I am a 100% authentic buyer. If you doubt the sincerity of this review I will notify Ted that he can use me as a reference. When you get to the dealership feel free to ask Ted for my name and phone number and I will be happy to verify everything that I have posted. I sincerely hope that everyone's experience at Jeep of Franklin is as positive as mine was and now that I have written this review (especially if someone contacts me as a reference) I expect Ted and the rest of the staff to treat everyone as well as they have treated me. Didn't plan to buy but it was too easy. Ted walked thru the lot with us and my wife found exactly what we needed. Never had a luxury truck before, my friends really like my Laramie and thought the price w the lot with us and my wife found exactly what we needed. I would return to this dealership solely based on our salesperson, David Hardy. He was kind, funny and friendly. This is the second car I have bought from this dealership in < 3 years. The service department is excellent - early trip in on Saturday morning and you're in + out very timely fashion. Each time I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by helpful, friendly and knowledgeable personnel. My salesperson worked to get me the exact vehicle I was looking for and even though it was not in the helpful, friendly and knowledgeable personnel. Although I had already obtained outside financing, I was able to be approved for better rates/terms at the dealership. It has been several years since I had purchased a new vehicle, and I had always dreaded the process. Everyone at the dealership put me at ease and made the experience as simple as it could be. I LOVE my new Wrangler!! More

I searched the internet for a used Mini Convertible and found the one I wanted there (a 2010 in horizon blue metallic with brown lea Ram of Franklin! I searched the internet for a used Mini Convertible and found the one I wanted there (a 2010 in horizon blue metallic with brown leather seats, less than 18,000 miles, and in excellent condition.) I contacted them via the internet and received prompt and friendly service. We worked out the general price and the probable trade-in value of my current vehicle over the phone, and then I drove down. When I arrived (near closing time on a rainy night) I found everyone to be welcoming and helpful. Each person, from the trade-in estimator, to the sales agent, to the loan processor, to the manager were professional, sincere and forthright. I felt like a got a great price for a superb vehicle and for my trade-in. It could not have gone better. The entire process went smoothly and all the folks were very pleasant to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend buying a car from these people, and would drive ten hours in the rain again to do so. (And, I love my new car -- it is perfect!!!!!) More
