wasted time. After setting an appointment 2 days prior for our tune up.. We dropped the car off on time and were told to come back this evening.. We live an hour away so we called 4 times to confirm it was ready and received voicemail each time.. We showed up and sat in the parking lot for over an hour to be told the advisor had left early, and our vehicle had been diagnosed and keys had been hung up! The service manager offered to do the $200 tune up for $90 in half an hour, which we did take him up on considering we did not want this entire day to be a waste... But we will not be back, nor will we recommend for any service. More
Southern Hospitality Best customer service I've ever received anywhere!!! A couple months ago I drove from Wisconsin down to Franklin, TN for a wedding. Once in TN my Je Best customer service I've ever received anywhere!!! A couple months ago I drove from Wisconsin down to Franklin, TN for a wedding. Once in TN my Jeep started making a loud noise. This was on a Friday, wedding was Saturday, planned to drive back to WI Sunday. Concerned about the long drive back to WI, I had to get this loud noise checked out for any safety issues. I stopped in at this Jeep dealership and explained the situation. The auto services department was very backed up with work. Still they agreed to take a look at my Jeep considering the situation I was in. While we waited we enjoyed the customer waiting room and walked around talking to other employees, all who were incredibly nice. After spending a full half hour examining my Jeep, taking all wheels off, checking for any safety concerns for my long drive, they came to get me and told me there was no apparent safety concerns and I should be ok to drive home to WI where I could then have my mechanic at home look at the Jeep closer. Now came the moment of truth, payment! I was stuck out of state with no one else to help me. I figured these guys had me and could charge me anything they wanted. So when the nervous time came to ask them what I owed them, the representative responded with, "how about a hand shake." I asked if he was serious and insisted to pay a little. He just said "call it southern hospitality." I will forever remember their willingness to help someone in their time of need. I would recommend this place to anyone. If I didn't live so far away, I'd go here to purchase my next Jeep and enjoy more of their Southern Hospitality. More

I said I needed to think about my options and he understood. I called back later that day and told Terry that my wife wanted to look at the truck. He immediately brought the truck to our home so that she could see it and more so went over every feature so we both were comfortable, i was wow, what an experience. We told him about our trade and he took all the info and photos. Here is the best part, he had someone bring out all our paperwork, went through everything line by line, took our trade and show us how we just got the best deal ever. I did my research and guess what, we got the best deal ever.. I love this store and there new management team. This was the best buying experience of our lives and we will be telling everyone. Loyal repeat customer means nothing to them. I took my 2014 cherokee in for an oil change on a Saturday . I was killing time by walking around and looking at new Grand Cherokees. Denise came up and let me drive 2 of them and I was sold,so we started to to talk trade and vehicle dollars. First they low balled me bad on my trade,then had me paying sticker on the new jeep. So I got on my phone and looked up the jeep on autotrader and it was advertised 7400 less. What kinda shady crap is that.then they try to add a $799 protection package that is bull . The dealer fees are outrageous . I will never return to this dealership again. I have bought 3 new vehicles from them in the past 3 years! Misrespresentation I purchased what was presented as a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit April 2014. About a week after purchasing the vehicle I discovered that t I purchased what was presented as a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit April 2014. About a week after purchasing the vehicle I discovered that the vehicle did not include the additional Summit package. Without the Summit package the vehicle is worth thousands less than expected. The dealership offered no resolution so I've contacted Jeep, the BBB and a lawyer. In the process of explaining the situation to Jeep we found that the dealership did not follow through with the certification process to extend the warranty after I paid an additional $375 dollars to have that added. I am still in the process of trying to find resolution in this matter and considering the dealerships quick dismissal and lack of ownership or willingness to resolve these problems I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. More
Sales guy was great still is a great guy. But i got a call and they came back and hammered me on my payment. The original was 280 (of course this wasn't final until banks approved.) Then after I had the car for the weekend they call me in to sign some papers. turns out they couldn't get a bank to finance so they were going to finance it through chrysler at 316 or something a month. they came down to 308/month. but still. Now I made a terrible choice which i am realizing a day later. but when i'm 25 miles and almost an hour away from home and deciding well. am i gonna sit here and not have a car or just buy this car and take the raise/month i chose poorly. that was the first and last car i will buy from them. Financing and post sale was terrible. When the deal was done with our salesman Steve (very good guy). We went Into the Finance guys office the guy was an ex wrestler and tried to intimidate me by 1st addin done with our salesman Steve (very good guy). We went Into the Finance guys office the guy was an ex wrestler and tried to intimidate me by 1st adding several items to the sale like a paint protection plan and an extended warranty I kept telling him I did not want it but he kept on and on and even told me that I had no choice. The paint protection had already been put on all. To make a long story I had to threaten to leave before they would move on past the extended warranty. As part of the deal I asked to have the hard tops swapped ( red for black) and remote start added. I went in to get the top changed and I felt like I had the plague Sales did not speak or even acknowledge I was there. I had to go back a few days later to get the remote start installed was told it would only take 2 hours 5.5 hours later I left. It has now been almost 2 weeks and I got a call from my credit union stating that the had not received my payoff so I called left a message 5 hrs later still no call back. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More

Brittany did an exceptional job of instructing operation of the car as well as providing a calm and very pleasurable experience. My wife was smiling ear to ear by the end of the test drive and continued to smile all the way home with her new Fiat. Brittany and the rest of the staff at Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat even made the purchasing process enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership and especially the folks at the Fiat group.
