IF ONLY I COULD HAVE WOKEN UP FROM THIS NIGHTMARE If you're a couple with a young child that has no less than 10.5 HOURS on your weekend to spend at a disorganized, dishonest dealership, THIS is the p If you're a couple with a young child that has no less than 10.5 HOURS on your weekend to spend at a disorganized, dishonest dealership, THIS is the place for you. Want to get get quoted one set of numbers from your salesman only to receive a whole new set of numbers (including monthly payment, APR and credit score) from the finance guy, you need to check out THIS place. Do you want to feel so badly about your experience and your purchase that you'd do anything to go back in time and never have stepped foot in that dealership, check out THIS place. If you need TWO cars (which we did) and know exactly what you can and want to spend (which we did), but want to be jerked around by salespeople and managers who LOVE to play the back and forth game and waste HOURS and HOURS of your time, go to THIS place today. I will never forget this experience in particular: sitting in the finance guy (David's) office - him sipping some creepy, glowing beverage with wafts of headache-inducing candles burning in the office with the one-way mirror. A total horror show. Every number he gave us was off – and over an hour into this despicable process, he put the offer in front of us and the payment was $30 per month HIGHER than what we had just established with our sales guy. He looked straight at me and said "YOU LOOK LIKE YOU'RE GONNA POUNCE." It took everything I had in me to not do just that. It doesn't end there. Got a call 3 days after this purchase informing us of an URGENT recall. Why was this not performed before we took the vehicle off the lot? (Add it to the list of problems with this dealership.) Instead, I'm driving my child around in an UNSAFE vehicle. And yes, that level of immediacy was relayed to us in no uncertain terms. So my husband moves his meetings to get the car in that Friday morning. He arrives at the service center and - wait for it - is told he is not on the schedule AND there is no recall on the vehicle. Disgusted and jerked around yet again, he jumps on 65 and heads to work. And then the phone rings. Turns out there IS an URGENT recall on the vehicle ... "turn around and come back to the dealership". My husband arrives and is told it should take "3-4 hours" ... "have a seat in the lounge." WHAT?! This is NOT how a professional establishment operates. After demanding and waiting another hour, he finally got a loaner car. This was Friday. There was ZERO communication - not a return call, email, text, NOTHING - from the dealership until the following TUESDAY. I CANNOT MAKE THIS STUFF UP. *** I did finally manage to get John (Mgr) in Service on the phone and I will say that he is literally the only competent and respectful person in this entire place. *** These people do not comprehend that it is, in fact, 2017, and consumers have access to numbers and research and ratings. This was amateur hour at it finest, and made us wholeheartedly wish we had instead purchased a vehicle online. Thing is, we didn't even need to go that route. We purchased our second car just last week - from Acura in Brentwood. Ask for Mike. In and out in 45 MINUTES. And a payment that wasn't a single penny over what we needed it to be. This proves that it's not the car buying experience that is flawed, it's just that Franklin CDJR is a BAD dealership with inadequacies from top to bottom. More

ZERO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! My review is a culmination of over a year of dealing with this absolutely terrible dealership. I bought my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee new in Novembe My review is a culmination of over a year of dealing with this absolutely terrible dealership. I bought my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee new in November of 2015. The day I purchased it they were so nice and friendly, even going so far as to offer me free car washes and coming off of their initial price over $2000. Once I signed the papers it was all down hill. Before I ever made my first car payment it started blowing fuses. I called the dealership and I assumed they would have me come on in since I had practically just driven it off of the lot, NOPE, I was told they could see me in two weeks. Seriously, I had just bought the car and it was already malfunctioning and the best they could do is work me in in two weeks? FYI Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Columbia saw me the next day. Next there was a recall on my gear shifter (it was actually killing people). I called to schedule the recall repair and when I spoke with someone they made no mention that it would take several hours so I made no arrangements for a ride to and from the dealership (that would have been nice to know). When they did repair the recall it was not done correctly and the next time I got in it to go somewhere it would not start. I tried and tried to get in touch with them the next day to see what I should do and all I ever got was a voicemail. Again, Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Columbia to the rescue. They had a tow truck sent to my house and I was already in route to Columbia with my car on a Rollback before anyone from Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep even returned my call. Do you see a pattern here? I was informed that when the recall was done the car should have been hooked up to a charger which was not done and that my car had to be reset as a security precaution. Next, I bought a service plan from them which included up to 6 replacement keys if they were lost or damaged. The first time I had trouble with one it was replaced. The second time I tried to file a claim they told me it hadn't been 6 months so I waited 6 months and they still refuse to replace the key. The dealership agreed it should be replaced but since the company they sold me the contract through would not replace it I was pretty much out of luck. There is nothing about this in the contract I signed with them at all. In other words they sold me something that will not be honored and they don't plan on doing anything about it. I was told in the waiting room that they would work on it and call me later and since they didn't have any keys in stock I could go on home. What they didn't know is that I called a day in advance to make sure they had keys in stock. I spoke with someone in the parts department gave them my VIN number and they told me they had 4 keys to a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in stock. They lied to me to get me out of the dealership. I also bought a GAP insurance through them and ended up getting new car replacement insurance through Allstate. I decided to cancel my GAP insurance and followed the directions exactly within the allotted amount of time and never received a refund. My recommendation to anyone who wants to buy a Dodge, Jeep, or Ram is to drive a few extra miles to Columbia, TN. There service is spot on, they are super friendly and when you call you always talk to a person. I wish I had purchased my Jeep from them and I would suggest you do if you want excellent customer service or any customer service at all for that matter. Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep does not stand behind what they sell. More

W Several weeks ago I was searching for a new truck when I met Mike Cimorelli. He was extremely friendly and helpful in the first stages of my search. We spent nearly two weeks going back and forth with phone calls and texts, during which Mike was able to provide me a fantastic offer on my trade-in vehicle while also giving me several truck options. Once I decided that the price was right, I made the trip into the dealership and Mike did everything he could to find me the right truck. Although I was not able to complete a deal through Mike and his team, I was astonished by the level of professionalism and service that Mike provided and the values that his dealership holds. Out of the several dealerships and sales managers that I've worked with over the last month of my search, Mike and his team were by far the best with customer treatment, fair values, and overall courtesy. Not once did I feel uncomfortable when working with Mike. He sets the standard for honesty, integrity, and superior customer service. I will gladly return to Mike in the future with any of my vehicle needs. More
The worst car buying experience I have ever had. The worst Buying experience I have ever had! I purchased a used car from Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Eagle Ram. When I was finishing the purchase. I The worst Buying experience I have ever had! I purchased a used car from Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Eagle Ram. When I was finishing the purchase. I instructed the the closing department that I live in Kentucky. They told me no there's no problem. I find out when I get it licensed in Kentucky that took the wrong amount of money out for the tax. In addition, Should never charge me a sales tax at all due to the fact that Kentucky charges me sales tax direct. Then they charged me for calling a few times for my insurance card. Took the money from the tax that was incorrectly issued to me. So so I have filed a complaint the Tennessee department of Commerce.... Please be aware of this dealership More

After taking it After purchasing a used 2014 Dodge Challenger on 3/10, the week of 3/17 we noticed shaking after we'd slow down from reaching 75 mph. After taking it into the dealership to get it repaired (brakes/rotors), we were called with an actual quote to have the car fixed. Unsatisfied with the response we received, David (Manager) was able to arrange the repairs at a cost we deemed fair. Many thanks to David for his diligence to our situation. It shows that even a large dealership is capable of giving each and every customer the time/attention they so very much deserve. My husband will be dropping off his car this week for service; he finally will be able enjoy the car he was so excited to purchase. More

I recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Charger from Blake Lorick at Franklin Dodge and had a great experience. Blake is not the typical "car salesman." He expressed great concern that the car was the right fit and exhibited great patience throughout the purchase phase. He was committed to working patiently and always seem to under promise and over deliver. He was very dialed in to vehicle features and packages. Blake's knowledge and demeanor made this purchase a positive one. Definitely worth a visit. More
