We were cash buyers, so I had a specific amount I was willing to spend and not a penny over. It took almost a week, but Ethan managed to get it done. My husband has a crazy work schedule,and he even went so far as to drive the vehicle to our house so my husband could test drive it. When we got the numbers worked out, my husband had to work 14 hours that day so I went to the dealer to sign papers and trade our vehicle. Ethan brought the final papers to my husband to sign on Sunday! I know I was a pain to deal with, but in the end Ethan got done what I needed to be done, and they earned a customer for life. I have a jeep as well, and this will be my 1st choice for a dealer when it comes time to get a new one. More

Misleading Management. I Purchased a 2017 new Dodge pick up from this dealership they told me things that were not true, that i found out later after I drove away. 1) Free I Purchased a 2017 new Dodge pick up from this dealership they told me things that were not true, that i found out later after I drove away. 1) Free oil change for the first 2 years of ownership/ not true was charge for this. 2) Free DEF fluid top off with free oil change fro first 2 Years/ not true. 3) Was sold a extended warranty for $8,000 just to find out that this warranty was not from Dodge but a third party company, was not offered or told about the much cheaper extended warranty from dodge. 4) Called dealership looking to speak to a sales manager about my questions, was handed over to a voice mail, left message no one called me back. 5) Called dodge corporate office to file a complaint telling them my problem the took my complaint and filed it. Complaint #32408780. 6) Received email from Tracie from this dealership about the survey I took on line, lodging my complaint and concerns there. i was instructed by her to call her to called her and speak in person about my problems. I tried two different times trying to reach her with no response, just voice mail, left two messages. IN CLOSING you should buy a Vehicle from them because the are local and have a great selection, BUT BY NO MEANS believe what sales people or managers or especially finance people tell you or don't tell you. Believe no one there do your home work. More

Service Department does NOT call customers I had my vehicle in go into the shop on Tuesday, Aug. 8 due to transmission failure. I was informed they would call me as soon as they determined the I had my vehicle in go into the shop on Tuesday, Aug. 8 due to transmission failure. I was informed they would call me as soon as they determined the issue. On Tuesday, Aug 15, I had not received any calls. So I called them to determine where things were at. I was informed that they found a loose ground wire and they had tightened them all. They said they would call me after a test drive to inform me if my car was fixed or needed more work. I never received any phone calls. I called today (August 22) to see where things were at, and was told that my car was fixed and ready to go. It had been fixed and ready as of August 16th. Nobody from the service department had called or emailed or texted or anything to inform me. If I hadn't have called today, I wonder how long it would have been until they contacted me. There is absolutely NO communication with their customers. This was just my most recent experience. My family had also experienced other communication issues with the service department recently. More
Bad Buying Experience Worst buying experience of my life. My daughter went into the dealership and found the exact car she was looking for and loved her sales rep Brian Ha Worst buying experience of my life. She told them that I would be in that night to purchase the car. She went online and registered for the car and received a call from the online sales rep and told them we would be purchasing the car that evening or in the morning. She was never asked to put down a deposit or start any paper work. She went by the dealership again at 9:20PM and the dealership was closed. I went to the dealership at 9:30AM the next day and they stated they knew nothing about that car, could not find the car and the sales rep was having car issues and would not pick up his phone. The sales manager Donnie Mac acted like he had no idea and a new sales rep Hannah stated she would try to find out what happened. She stated they could find another car in 10 minutes for the same price, year make, model and mileage no problem. After 1 text I never heard back from them. Buyer beware! More
