I had no issues with my purchase, I have had all my maintenance work done there, and Jordan Williams even called me to follow up with my purchase periodically to make sure things went well and that I love my vehicle. He even called me a year after my purchase to check in! The customer service and follow up with me has been excellent, and they have made me a customer for life. Service Dept. Is bad, and they push maintenance way early I will never use them again. I have a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 with 32k miles. Very light highway miles, and runs great. A oil change turned i to them reco I will never use them again. I have a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 with 32k miles. Very light highway miles, and runs great. After checking with 2 other dealers, we were directed to Franklin Chrysler. We met Tonia Emmitt in Service when we arrived at 9:45 at your busy location. She told us to relax, that she'd get us back on the road quickly. And we were, before noon. In the past I felt as though the salesperson was just trying to get me in and out as fast as possible without taking the time to understand what I was looking for. Brooks greeted me immediately upon walking in the door and really took the time to understand my needs and wants when it came to my new truck. I didn't feel hurried or pressured into making quick decisions as I had at other dealerships. I knew I wanted a 1500 but he asked relevant questions to get me into the right model with the right features at the right price. He was familiar not only with trucks in the Ram family - but explained key differences between the Ram and other leading full sized trucks. I left feeling very comfortable and happy with the entire experience and I absolutely love my truck. Additionally, Brooks called me up a couple of days later to follow up and make sure I was still enjoying my truck. I would highly recommend Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone in the middle Tennessee area - and of course suggest making an appointment with Brooks prior to going in. More

Put a deposit down over the phone, went up a few days later (Jordan was nice enough to get me at the airport), did the deal and was on my way after a few hours with no problems. Just keep in mind they will try to upsell you on several extra protection packages which you can just decline if you don't want. More

UNREAL ---- BEWARE I never write reviews, ever. I just figure it won't matter. I hope this one does. I'll be completely honest about my situation. i had a second tear I never write reviews, ever. I'll be completely honest about my situation. i had a second tear credit score, had just totaled my 7 month old Rav4. 2 weeks after that i replaced it with a Rav4 adventure. I bought it from cool springs toyota, like i had my 4 previous cars. being in a crash that totals your car leaves you desperate, and vulnerable. I went and bought the same car that saved my life.... not a bad choice, except for the fact that my wife and I have decided we need something bigger to tow a trailer. Now, all of this,.... My fault ! To make a long story short, toyota sent me to their sister store (dodge - Jeep), just down the road that is owned by the same man, George Girjel, who was actually the one who asked the finance manager MICHAEL SLATE, to do his best to take care of us. excited, because I've always secretly wanted a dodge ram 1500, i went. I was met there by Michael, and a salesman. they ran the numbers, came back way to high. i guess my score had changed in a week and i went from below 5%, to over 9% interest rate. Obviously, thats a high payment. One, i was unwilling to pay. they came back again, literally 28 dollars a month from our goal payment. that might not sound like much, but in this situation, it was. so, i walked away. the next day i was texted by Michael asking if we could speak via text, i said yes. what started out as him saying, if you change your mind, let me know. to, just give me the 28.00 and come pick up your dodge ram. I was hurt, and insulted. He apologized, promised to first thing in the morning work on the bank to get our desired payment. after multiple attempts to text, and even call..... no response. now, short of a family emergency, he could at least have someone, anyone call me, text me and give me a heads up. another wasted day feeling belittled, unimportant, and disregarded. i get that my situation was and is a challenge, and if you aren't up for it, just say so... ill move on. but DO NOT lie to me, treat me like a second class citizen and ignore me. BEWARE you guys..... enter at your own risk! More
