Tucker & His Team After having signed a contract with Expressway Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, which is near my home, I was treated poorly, the contract was rendered null After having signed a contract with Expressway Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, which is near my home, I was treated poorly, the contract was rendered null and void because of an error on the part of the dealership, and I was yelled at by the General Manager of that dealership. I called Franklin Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram immediately, and spoke with Tucker, who walked me through the purchase of a new 2019 Ram 1500 Limited almost exclusively via text and an occasional phone call. Tucker made sure that I got the truck of my dreams at a fair price, and had his dealership (which is two-and-a-half hours from my home) to meet me halfway, at no extra charge, and I signed the papers and was on my way in five minutes. I cannot give a more robust and resounding recommendation for Tucker and his team. When you are in the market for your next Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram, regardless of where you live, call Tucker at Franklin. You will be amazed! I was. Still am. And I couldn’t be more thankful. Completely dodging the car salesman stereotype, it was no pressure, no rush, LOTS o Jordan Williams gave my wife and I a five star buying experience. Completely dodging the car salesman stereotype, it was no pressure, no rush, LOTS of Q&A, lots of my kid all over him, lots of knowledge with detailed explanation and demonstrated the “how to’s” when you buy a vehicle and how to operate something that that has more bells and whistles than you know what to do with. Test drive was not rushed as he really demonstrated the many features (safety, auto-parking, media entertainment, basically pimped the ride for all it had to offer), and the vehicle itself had a lot to offer. Negotiations were better than expected and the quality of vehicle we purchased was Top Flight. A week full of texts asking this and can we do this, etc.... , quick responses. I would recommend buying from Jordan and will buy from him again when it comes time. More

Negotiations were tough but ultimately I was able to get a deal that I think was very happy with. I took delivery of my Jeep the same day and it was detailed perfectly. My salesman Gerard was professional and explained the operation of the entire vehicle, his attitude was fantastic even though he had to stay 3 hours past his normal quitting time. Numerous employees stayed late to ensure my new Jeep was delivered perfectly. I would really recommend this dealer for your Jeep and Dodge needs. They have a huge inventory which is the reason I ended up at this dealer to begin with, they had what I was looking for. More

Rodney Newberry in finance was par I have bought 2 Jeep Cherokees from Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep over last 4 years and the experience was tip top. Rodney Newberry in finance was particularly helpful and worked hard to get me the best terms of my loan as well as refund on extended warranty on previous Jeep. They are very honest and customer focused. I also had great experiences with the service department and they have provided me free oil changes and checkups over first 2 years. I highly recommend this dealership for buying a new or used car. More
