DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. I could write a book with a list of issues we have had with this de DO NOT GO HERE. I could write a book with a list of issues we have had with this dealership and we only bought our brand new Dodge Journey from them 9 months ago. It has been problem after problem with them and they are so irresponsible with returning phone calls. Paul, the manager claims to be in meetings all day every day rather then managing his dealership. I can’t say enough about how mistreated we have been by this dealership. I just hope to spread the word and make sure no one else ends up dealing with the same issues I have had. My best advice is to do your research on the dealership you plan to go to because going here was the most expensive and frustrating mistake I’ve ever made. More

Received a call about wanting a paystub to "finalize" things (which I was under the impression they already were) Once I expressed how I didn't like how things went I was asked to come in and things would be "fixed" LIES LIES was supposed to speak to the general manger or the Financial advisor (Chris ) who called me. But supposedly he wasn't there and the general manger well I'm not sure if one exists! Instead my mother and I spoke with the original financial advisor I dealt with in the beginning. I received nothing but attitude , frustration and simply an individual that looked like I was wasting his time . When you're in the process of purchasing a car these people are nothing but happy campers but when you come back with complaints no one wants to speak with you and if they do it's nothing but attitudes and bad vibes . I've asked that they take off some of these out rages warranties that they had tacked on to my note . Was told no which is a BOLD face lie . I've reached out to the finance company and was told I am able to take these warranties off whenever I PLEASE !!! Oh and EVERY time I ask for my documents I get told they're at a different location.. a little confused to why they aren't in me possession.. The car is a LEMON I've had it for a little over a week it's already starting to jerk as if the transmission is about to go out ! Come to a complete stop and try to accelerate the car stalls !! This is a used 2019 btw I knew I was being screwed with the excessive mileage that is on here but I didn't think I wouldn't be able to drive it after only having it for a WEEK or have to worry about being stranded on the side of the road ... Walter Whitehead was our sales rep and he did a very good job of working with us on this car (our first Jeep) and spent time explaining how the soft top worked and various other aspects unique to Jeep. Their detail shop did a nice job of cleaning and servicing whatever was needed (oil, filters, etc). We also negotiated a very fair price for the car. We would definitely deal with these folks again!! After having called 7 different Jeep dealerships in the Nashville area and two AWFUL experiences with Rockie Williams staff, I would much rather make the drive out to Franklin to deal with the staff here.
