They even had chocolate chip cookies! My salesman was Billy O'Banion. We have been friends for years so buying a car from a friend is rather stressful. However, Billy knew what I was interested in because he asked the right questions. I was "just looking" but after several minutes of driving the Rav4, I knew I had to buy this car. The color was right (UK fan here) and the car was the right fit. The process for completing the paperwork was minimal. Everyone there was friendly. They smiled and said "hello" even though we were not working with them. And, they even had fresh chocolate chip cookies! I recommend Billy O'Banion if you are looking for a car at Frankfort Toyota! More
