Two weeks ago I brought my car in to get a recall taken care of and to get a grinding noise diagnosed. When I got my car back that trip they had informed me that an oil change was done that I did not autho care of and to get a grinding noise diagnosed. When I got my car back that trip they had informed me that an oil change was done that I did not authorize or approve, using up one of my ToyotaCare credits that I was going to use elsewhere. Fast forward to the next week when I was getting the problem causing the grinding noise fixed, they did the repair but failed to call me to let me know my vehicle was ready. They only left a text which I did not see until the next day, leaving me without a vehicle for two days. The day after I picked up my car. There was a terrible grinding noise when I made a right hand turn. I brought it back again, and they claimed to have fixed it. They did not. There is still a grinding noise, and now there is visible damage to my rotor. There is a groove because their incompetent service personnel cannot fix a grinding noise. Do not do business with Frankfort Toyota unless you want your vehicle to be damaged. More

I want to write and say thank you to the whole service dept for my recent issue with my daughter’s car. This was a complex problem that was potentially tens of thousands of dollars to fix.
