He imparted insights and understanding of the processes which was superb. I actually enjoyed the buying process and learned a lot. This does not describe my past experiences buying new vehicles at other dealerships. I came to Frankfort Toyota having done deep research within the region on the vehicle I wanted. Sarah Murray in Business Development was adept at communicating with me via the internet and directly answering my questions. On the day of pickup, I worked with David Burnside, as mentioned above, and then later with Bill Gaines in Finance. They did what other dealerships advertise that they do, but don't. The experience was fast, efficient and devoid of surprises. They were customer oriented, honest and a pleasure to work with. Tyler Wise conducted an overview of the vehicle software applications as well as the pairing of my smart phone. This saved immeasurable time and angst. I bought another vehicle just over a year ago from a different dealership. The vehicle had similar software systems, yet that dealership did not provide anywhere near the help and follow-up that has been provided by Frankfort Toyota. More
