SALES VISIT - USED

Awful. Coordinated to leave my car there for Sammy to look at, appt was at 8am. Came back at 5pm and he said they had not looked at my car and needed it for Coordinated to leave my car there for Sammy to look at, appt was at 8am. Came back at 5pm and he said they had not looked at my car and needed it for a few days. He was not apologetic and when I asked him if I could schedule a time to drop off my vehicle and have it looked at same day, he said they could not do it. I call BS on that and say it was poor communication on his part. Not how you take care of a customer who drove 2 hours to see you to fix his transmission. Thank God the sales dept gave me a loaner vehicle to drive back to my home town, but the services dept needs a lot of work. More

SERVICE VISIT

After receiving my car and the document of everything they did, I read that my tires were good and had air added. Within the next 10 minutes of driving off my low tire alert came on saying they were low. they did, I read that my tires were good and had air added. Within the next 10 minutes of driving off my low tire alert came on saying they were low. I went to check the pressure and they were in fact low. It’s fine that I had to add air into them, but it worries me and frustration me that they lied about it. Makes me wonder what else was lied about on my document. Will be considering going else where. More
