I have taken my vehicle in twice for the same issues. The screen display while in reverse is not working correctly and the steps do not come down when opening the doors occasionally. I went to pick up my vehicle after hours and as soon as I put it in reverse the screen did not work again. Every time I have taken it in they have kept my vehicle at least two days and they don’t even have a replacement vehicle for me to drive. The vehicle is still under factory warranty and still cannot get it fixed. More
We bought a 2023 GMC Canyon (from a dealer in Abilene) in September. GMC offers a free oil change with vehicle purchase. When it was time for our oil change, we were in Lubbock. By that time, we had also found a warranty issue with the YSB port in the front of the vehicle. We took our truck to Frank Brown - they were very friendly to greet us. They let us know it would be a couple of days to get to the USB issue. I received a call that evening from our service writer letting us know a technician had been assigned to our truck. The next day we got a call that the oil change was complete and that the USB issue had been resolved. Faster than promised and super friendly all around. We had found the same to be true when we had a Honda CRV and had it in to this dealership for service. More
