oilchange in my chrysler 300. almost ruined my motor Went in for my oil change and used frank brown as per my warranty demands. They kinked the oring and gave the car back to me without checking. By the time I drove 5 miles off the lot my engine was smoking and oil poring out. Meaning they were to lazy to check their final work. I love my Chrysler and pissed that it endured engine damage and now reeks of smoke. Had I left town that day as intended I would be sueing right now as my engine would be locked and myself stranded. Quick and easy deal I was able to handle the entire deal by text with Philip after the test drive. Getting an oil change in a hurry and getting it done correct I can always call the service department and get an estimate of wait time for an oil change and usually it is less than an hour with folks ahead of me I can always call the service department and get an estimate of wait time for an oil change and usually it is less than an hour with folks ahead of me, otherwise it gets going as soon as I pull into the bay. The service writers are always so courteous and smiling. I have yet to find a drop of oil in my driveway. That is extremely rare. Frank Brown's folks are the greatest. More
