A very pleasant buying experience. Although competing dealerships gave Honda Ridgelines a poor rating, I stopped by Frank Brown dealership to see for myself. After finding very few used Although competing dealerships gave Honda Ridgelines a poor rating, I stopped by Frank Brown dealership to see for myself. After finding very few used Ridgelines anywhere on line, it was obvious that owners didn't want to part with their trucks. The salesman was very friendly and the manager helpful in showing me several alternatives. There was only one 2018 model left and it was a good color. My wife looked at it and said," There is nothing I don't like about it." The manager showed me several alternatives for financing it so we decided to buy it. The salesman even drove it to our house to complete the deal. The maintenance agreement also made good sense as these new vehicles are too complex for the owner to make repairs, so I gladly added one on. Six included oil changes also made the deal sweet. Frank Brown folks will do most anything to make the experience easy for you. Harvey Olney More

Another nice service visits I’m bad with names but all the employees I interacted with were nice. The service writer even took the time to show me how to reset the tire pressure I’m bad with names but all the employees I interacted with were nice. The only complaint I have is the styrofoam cups for the coffee because they make it taste strange...or it might just be the coffee. :) More
