Excellent Service Again We have a 2016 GMC Yukon. The AC compressor went out this summer while on vacation. A out of state GM dealer replaced the compressor but advised tha We have a 2016 GMC Yukon. The AC compressor went out this summer while on vacation. A out of state GM dealer replaced the compressor but advised that other parts of the system had a slow leak, but they did not have the parts to fix it. We took it to a local dealer to get it fixed, but they found no issues. Fast forward 10 months and the AC is blowing hot and now the vehicle is out of warranty. Called Frank Brown and they got it fixed same day under warranty! We won’t be going anywhere else! Great people and great service highly recommend! More

All was good except the air pressure check. When I got in the car the right front tire still showed low. I went across to McWhorters and it was low. Service department lies The service department misquoted me then did repairs under false pretenses. Had I known quote did not include tire I would have fixed it elsewhere for cheaper. More

Experience was great, great customer service Great customer service as soon as I arrived. Someone helped me quickly and got me in for my oil change.
