Lights turning off and on in truck I called to see if they could get my truck in because the lights we turning on and off on the inside. The guy I spoke with said yes I can squeeze you I called to see if they could get my truck in because the lights we turning on and off on the inside. The guy I spoke with said yes I can squeeze you in. Well I thought I need to be at work by five and it was 11 in the morning surely that will be enough time. So I asked him about how long he said a couple of hours. That was fine not an issue. Well 3:00 past 4:00 past and still nothing. So they finally pick me up after five and take me back to get my truck. The point is please do not tell customers that you can squeeze them in and then take over four hours to complete the job. Better off taking it a different day with an appointment. More
