Will not be going back Had a horrible experience. We live 80 miles from the dealership, and took my wife’s car in for a minor repair on the spare tire mount. When they close Had a horrible experience. We live 80 miles from the dealership, and took my wife’s car in for a minor repair on the spare tire mount. When they closed for the evening they had not started and did not tell her that it wouldn’t be done that day. Long story short they stranded my wife and two young kids in Lubbock without a vehicle and 80 miles from home. If they would have told us it wasn’t going to be done it would have been no big deal we would have simply brought it back another day. More

New purchase Listened very well to what we were looking for and brought up the perfect car for us first time for a test drive. We had test driven pretty much all other compact SUV brands already, prior to the CRV. Dan was knowledgeable and patient explaining all the new technology, as we were going from a 1996 Jeep with a cassette tape deck to all the new functions available in a 2019. In addition, there was minimal hail damage, which was pointed out to us. We may not have noticed it, so, an honest disclaimer. We would highly recommend Dan Bryant salesman, and Frank Brown dealership. More

Went somewhere else. Sad cause I bought there I have bought 2 vehicles from you in the last year. I called the day before trying to schedule service, but the phone operator told me to just bring i I have bought 2 vehicles from you in the last year. I called the day before trying to schedule service, but the phone operator told me to just bring it in. I mentioned it was for oil change, but also needed the rear end looked at. 2019. She said again just bring it in. I showed up the next day and the advisor told me they could do the oil change and it would be 1.5 hrs,but I would need to leave it for the day or bring it back again after 2:30 to check the rear end. I really don’t have the entire day to spend, so I took it somewhere else for the oil change and the rear ended still needs service. Not sure where I will go with that. More
