Recommended $1500 worth of work for a working part I went to Frank Brown with a power steering leak, and was told I’d need the entire power steering rack replaced ($1000-$1500 depending on who you ask) I went to Frank Brown with a power steering leak, and was told I’d need the entire power steering rack replaced ($1000-$1500 depending on who you ask). I called around to other mechanics to get a second opinion and was told by another place that all I needed were new O-rings (<$100), not a whole rack. My power steering system was otherwise completely fine. Stay away!! More

Disappointed with workmanship of the exhaust system If I had not felt obligated to purchase the 2019 SLT 2 Acadia ordered from Oklahoma, I may have purchased a 2019 Denali Acadia. At the dealership, If I had not felt obligated to purchase the 2019 SLT 2 Acadia ordered from Oklahoma, I may have purchased a 2019 Denali Acadia. At the dealership, I had only test driven a Denali Acadia so when I picked up the 2019 SLT 2 Acadia and drove it off the lot, I was a bit disappointed. In my opinion, my 2019 Acadia SLT2 purchase is a step down from the 2015 SLT 2 Acadia that I traded had many more features. Upon picking up the new 2019 SLT 2 Acadia, it had only been washed and not been detailed and soiled areas remained throughout the vehicle. We also noticed that the workmanship on the exhaust system is poorly made. Traveling to Fort Worth may have been a better option for me as I was going through the purchasing process instead of paying over $200 for an Acadia to be driven from Oklahoma. Today is Sept. 9 and I picked up the 2019 vehicle on July 20, 2019 and the dealership hasn't received my plates from Oklahoma. This is my 3rd SLT 2 Acadia that I have purchased and I will consider purchasing my 4th Acadia at a different dealership in the future if the dealership doesn't have the color or features that I desire. I had been communicating with a rep. from a dealer in Levelland but decided to purchase the vehicle in Lubbock. More

Good service at a fair price Brought my Terrain in for a factory recall on the infotainment screen. While there I ordered an oil change and vehicle condition inspection.
